"Professional Equipment for Freshness and Flavour" – this maxim we pursue as a specialist in commercial refrigeration, cooking and dishwashing equipment. Our range consists of 6,500 catalogue products and suits the fields of gastronomy and hotel, public catering as well as shop fitting. Our core competence, however, are customized solutions.

As a classic B2B company we primarily work together with retailers, planners, architects and companies in the food industry. Four factors are especially important to us: good advice, best quality, fast delivery and ease of service.

Starting with our sophisticated logistics concept with over 8,000 square feet of warehouse space, our to the tips motivated sales team in the office as well as field staff, and the NordCap Premium Service Partner network – we carry these values ​​to the end customer.


The roots of our family business date back to 1937. With Lutz Blasberg, Christian Zöger and Klaus Ziegler three sons or grandsons of former founders are at the top of the company at present. 2014, it ventured the step abroad for the first time. Together with our Dutch partner AKE-Ideal NordCap B.V. was founded.

In Germany our annual turnover exceeds 50 million euros. More than 100 NordCap employees at five locations nationwide contribute to more "Professional Equipment for Freshness and Flavour" everyday.
