The exclusive five stars hotel Söl'ring Hof ( is located directly to the sea of the north frisian island Sylt. The luxurious hotel hosts a two star restaurant with an open cottage kitchen, where the chefs count on high quality and regional products for the menue. The restaurant Rheinschänke is a small highlight at the Hattenheimer Rheinufer. The restaurant was re-opened in may 2018 after an extensive reconstruction. A Nordcap wine storage refrigerator is placed next to the bar, which is also by NordCap. The kitchen is equipped with further NordCap products like refrigerated tables, preparation stations, a fryer and a grill.

Fire department Karlstein

An Ideal Ake beverage counter by NordCap graces the restaurant of the volunteer fire department in Karlstein. A little highlight is the black powder-coated dishwashing machine. Zanussi products of series EVO in the kitchen ensure easy and professional working.

Henninger Turm, Frankfurt

The restaurant "Franziska" located in the top of the Henninger Turm in Frankfurt offers not only culinary highlights at a height of 130 meter but also an allround-view over the skyline and the surrounding area of Frankfurt. An open kitchen counter allows a direct view into the kitchen. NordCap also finds a place in this great atmosphere, a Moretti Pizza oven series iDeck can be found in the modern kitchen.

Snack & Store, Hannover Exhibition

No matter if small or big appetites, the shop snack & stores on the exhibition centre hannover offers a big variety. This food concept is located in hall 11 on the way to hall 12. The visitors of the exhibtion could take a little break with fresh sandwiches, some lunch or sweets. This self-service restaurant is equipped with different products by NordCap - warm and cold display units, bottle slides, refrigerators, refrigerated tables and a refrigerated wall cabinet.

Thrun Catering, Berlin

Thrun Catering supplies the evangelic hospital Königin Elisabeth Herzberge with up to 1600 meals by using the Cook & Chill process. Three NordCap Project Line pass-through blast chiller are used in the central kitchen. The blast chiller ESF 20 GN 1/1 are equipped with powerful aggregates.

The caterer BBG provides its customers with food by using a Cook & Chill system. Two new NordCap Project Line Blast chiller support the important challeng of hygiene protection. The ESF 20 GN 1/1 with its external cooling unit is absoluetly the right device for large quantities. The SF T 16 is running continuously and chills various products without freezing on and drying out.

Wisseler Schnitzelhäuschen, Wissel

The Wisseler Schnitzelhäuschen is a regional party caterer with down-to-earth and honest food. The NordCap roll-in regeneration oven RRFF 20 E ensures the perfect quality of the pre-produced meals. The perfectly adjusted steam supply is not only important for the regeneration process, but also for keeping the meals warm in order that they do not loose optical and taste quality.
